This is an excellent book if you are a female and desire to understand the male mind set/perspective when it comes to dating and relationships. I found it often humorous. I also gave a copy to my daughter to read. I wish my mother (or father) had been able to pass on this wisdom to me!

I first discovered this tape in 1998, and have been recommending it to my clients ever since! It is a great reprogrammer/reframer. Listen to the "Deep Relaxation" side for 30 days in a row just as you fall asleep, and you will see significant changes start to happen in your life.

Even as a young girl growing up in rural Michigan, I linked my physical health and wellness to my emotional/mental/spiritual state of mind. When I found this book in 1997, it was like finding my own mindset! Enjoy.

Are you still trying to figure out what you want to be when you grow up? This is an excellent tool to help you on the path. Provides genuine assessment so that you do not have to remain confused about your career path.

This book is amazing and takes some intense study. While there are groups who study this book together, you can do the self study. Some recommend reading one lesson each day for a year. It takes time, patience and discipline. But it is so worth it.
Do one lesson each day for a year and see the results! -
If you are into crystals, like I am, this is a fabulous book which discusses the properties and healing elements of each crystal.

This is an excellent guide for the tarot beginner. Although it tracks with the Crowley deck, you can use it with all decks. I particularly like this book as a training guide, for in the back part of the book it outlines constellations of cards by their numeric grouping (i.e. all the 3s together) and how they relate to each other.

Amazing wisdom wrapped up in this small book. I don't think I will ruin anything if I briefly outline what the FOUR AGREEMENTS are: 1) Be impeccable with your word. 2) Don't take anything personally. 3) Don't make assumptions. 4) Always do your best.

This is the tarot deck I read from. The listing I entered includes a book. However, if you are teaching yourself, you may want to pick up the other tarot book I have recommended.

This is a companion book that I studied as a companion for my cards. It is a good guide to provide even more meaning to each card.

This is the first book I read when I began my spiritual path. I highly recommend it!

Years before I went to Peru, I saw this movie starring Shirley MacLaine based on her best selling book of the same name. It explores spirituality, synchronicity and the after-life. While the movie itself is made-for-tv, the principles involved make it a must see.

I am a big fan of Joel Osteen! He combines spirituality with Christianity in a positive way. Although I can't say I see eye-to-eye with him on every spiritual point, I believe this book deserves a recommendation.

Before the movie "The Secret," there was Creative Visualization by Shakti Gawain. A must have!

The subtitle of this book is "Finding Harmony with Yourself, Others and the Earth." I don't feel I need to say more except this book helps you find peace.

This awesome book delves into a number of issues which include personality traits, anxiety and finding your unique purpose. On pages 206-207, you will find his Personal Bill of Rights, which I have included as a section on this site. I highly recommend this book.
